Beautiful shirt- stunning message

Braided's message is that through education, sharing and voice, we have the ability to make amends to the indigenous people of Canada for the horrendous blows that colonialism has dealt to them since settlement. Although we can never change what has happened, by honestly sharing the full history we can make sure it does not happen again to other groups. We cannot underplay the impact of colonialism, nor the grave injustices visited on people that had resided in Canada since time immemorable, but through compassion, truth and understanding we can give them back their voice, culture and rightful place in a new, fairer, blended Canada.
